JACK YETIV, MD, PhD, JD, Westview Forest’s Supervisor

As CEO of Spring Branch Apt. Mgt., LLC, Jack has been supervising apartment communities in Spring Branch (Houston, Texas) since 1990, when his investors bought their first apartment complex, called Westview Court (at Witte Rd and Westview Drive).  The portfolio he supervised grew quickly and reached nearly 1000 apartments by 2008.  His “niche” has been to have his investors acquire crime-ridden, poorly-run properties in Spring Branch and install top management, converting these apartment communities to best-in-class while at the same time maintaining their affordability—with rents falling well under the median rent in Houston.

Over the last 35 years, Jack has pioneered many unique advances  in affordable apartment complexes.  For example, Jack has installed a guardhouse which is staffed 24/7/365 at every apartment community he has supervised, contributing to an incredibly low crime rate at each property.  Jack pioneered the replacement of carpet with ceramic tile in Spring Branch 35 years ago, enhancing resident appeal.  At Westview Forest Apartments, Jack developed a unique roof system that lowers electric bills by 50% and cannot be found anywhere else.  And since 1990, Jack established pet-friendly policies long before other apartments even allowed pets.  Westview Forest’s pet friendliness continues today—we have no breed or weight restrictions and we do not charge pet rent nor even a pet deposit (just a modest pet fee).  Finally, several years ago we installed a beautiful dog park with a trim station and a wash station with ot water!

Jack welcomes resident communications—good or bad—to his email address, jyetiv@aol.com.

                    ANDREA                      Property  Manager

Andrea was hired by Jack right after graduating high school.  With over two decades of hands-on apartment management experience, Andrea has been proudly serving her tenants since 2004. For more than 20 years, Andrea has made it her mission to ensure residents feel happy, safe, and truly at home. At Westview Forest Apartments, Andrea cares deeply about every tenant and will do whatever it takes to help whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly, listening to concerns, or making sure everything runs smoothly. Her goal is to create a welcoming community where everyone feels valued and comfortable.
And it looks like she has succeeded given that Westview Forest residents stay at the property an average of 61 months, while the average apartment tenant in Houston moves every 16 months!
