Yes. Westview Forest has a guardhouse at the only entrance to the property, and has been staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year since 2020.

Is Westview Forest Apartments pet-friendly?

Yes. Westview Forest is very pet-friendly. We welcome dogs of all sizes and breeds, as long as the pet is non-aggressive. We also have a beautiful dog park with a doggie wash station for our residents!

Does Westview Forest charge pet rent?

No. Westview Forest does not charge pet rent. This helps residents save money each month compared to many other apartment communities.

Are large dogs allowed at Westview Forest Apartments?

Yes. Westview Forest does not have breed or weight limits. Large dogs are welcome as long as they are non-aggressive and approved by management.

Westview Forest offers several floor plan options, including studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, furnished studios, and sometimes large three-bedroom townhomes.

Does Westview Forest offer furnished apartments?

Yes. Westview Forest offers fully furnished “Airbnb-type” apartments for people who need a simple, move-in-ready option. These are good for interns, traveling workers, short-term stays, and people moving to Houston.

What apartment features are available?

Depending on the apartment selected, features may include granite counters, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, tile floors, decorator plumbing and electrical fixtures, custom tub tile surrounds, washer/dryer connections, and even Samsung washers and dryers in some units (for a small additional charge)

Does Westview Forest have hidden fees?

No. Westview Forest does not believe in hidden fees and in Fact does not even charge an administration fee to new residents. We even REFUND  the application fee upon movein in almost all cases..

What amenities does Westview Forest Apartments offer?

Westview Forest offers several community amenities, including two renovated pools, a dog park, BBQ and grilling areas, picnic tables, two clothes-care centers open 24/7/365, assigned parking, gated access, and a staffed guardhouse.  We also have nightly courtesy officer patrols.

Is Westview Forest close to Memorial City and CityCentre?

Yes. Westview Forest is very close to Memorial City and CityCentre, with easy access to shopping, dining, entertainment, and major roads like I-10 and Beltway 8.  Many of our residents walk or bike to their work locally.

Is Westview Forest convenient for people working in the Energy Corridor?

Yes. Westview Forest is an excellent option for people working in or near the Energy Corridor, Memorial City, CityCentre, Spring Branch, and West Houston and even beyond because Westview Forest  has easy access to I-10, 610, Hwy 290 and Beltway 8.

Does Westview Forest have washer and dryer connections?

Our upgraded apartments (GSD—Granite SuperDeluxe apartments) have washer and dryer connections, and some of our GSD’s  include Samsung washers and dryers which are available for rent at a small extra charge. The exact features vary from apartment to apartment.
